Full payment is due upon service completion, and failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action. Customers must disclose pre-existing vehicle damage, as we are not responsible for prior damage, mechanical failures, aftermarket parts, or issues arising from previous repairs. While we take extreme care, some services carry inherent risks, and results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and prior treatment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe provided, and late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or business interruption. Any workmanship warranty is limited to the specific service performed and does not cover neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or environmental damage.
