Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and irreversible nature of automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap, tint, and related services, all sales are final and non-refundable once services have been performed or materials have been ordered.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time, reserve labor, and cover material preparation. Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Customer Satisfaction / Correction Policy
If you believe there is a workmanship issue, you must notify Southern Style Automotive within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and perform corrective service. Refunds will not be issued for correctable workmanship concerns.

Custom and Special-Order Materials
All custom materials, including but not limited to vinyl wrap, PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, or special-order products, are non-refundable once ordered, cut, or installed.

No Refunds for Pre-Existing Conditions or External Factors
Southern Style Automotive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, paint defects, environmental exposure, improper maintenance, or customer misuse. These conditions do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree to contact Southern Style Automotive directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered, time reserved, or materials ordered may be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide documentation, signed agreements, photos, and service records to the payment processor to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
